I'm looking for a laptop that can run Debian 8 and would support powering my 3 external displays off the GPU at the same time while under Debian. I have a Dell 3008wfp (DVI-D, Displayport support the max res of 2560 x 1600), a Monoprice IPS-ZeroG-Slim (2560x1440 through DVI-D only), and a Sony XBR43X830C 4k TV (HDMI 2.0 for 60hz output in full resolution). I currently run these monitors off my Haswell/GTX 970 desktop computer. I'd like to power all of them, or at least the Sony, with my GPU in my laptop under Linux. Unfortunately I have no idea on how to research which models would work well.
