3D Printed Replacement Batteries

#1 Post by Thinkpad4by3 » Tue Mar 07, 2017 11:02 am

I saw this eBay listing for those DS2434 chips in thinkwiki's dumb batteries for dirt cheap. Theoretically, could someone make a battery(with better skills than me) with a custom pcb with that chip and readily avaliable batteries for old machines. For the one time you need to play with Encarta 96 @ 640x480 on a plane... :D
Welcome to the jungle, we have FrankenPads
If you want it you're going to bleed, but that is the price to pay
And you're a very rare mobo, very hard to get
You can see the blinky lights, but you won't get them for free.
