I still have few model M keyboards in storage and they were excellent keyboards even were lesser to the F's.

Cheers, thinkpadcollection

Well, that should go along with pckeyboard.com who do the Model M.

What is next, IBM beamspring?

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

I used to have an 84-key IBM AT keyboard : http://www.seasip.info/VintagePC/Images/6450225.jpg

That was 20 years ago. I didn't know they were that rare (was but a kid back then). I shouldn't have let them go (along with the PC/AT itself)

Made in China. That's some originality for you.

I'll stick with my '80's vintage USA-made Model M's.

If it's any worse than the creaky garbage I've received from Unicomp, I would be surprised.

Once upon a time, in the late Eighties (last century) I had a Northgate Omnikey 102 like this.
I sold it eventually, because all new(er) keyboards had their F-keys at the top.

I regret to this day that the big reverse-L-shaped Enter-key was not continued everywhere.
One of the reasons why I prefer the UK-English layout.

And let's not discus the crap Windows key or Lenovo's road to eternal stupidity with their T430/W530/X230 keyboard layout!

You don't have to cry, eBay has NIB PC AT all the one for just a bit of cash. I got my PC in MINT(used) condition for 200$ off Craigslist. All complete with everything. Lady treated it better than her child and her child has no major hardships in life :) .
