Hi All,
Not sure it's the right place to ask my question but can't see a better one and I'm not part of any non-Lenovo laptop forums.
So I have an ex-corporate ~2016ish made Dell Inspiron 13 5368 running most likely preinstalled W10x64 since new (that build reached end of life at some point, so it's currently upgrading to 22H2).
Disk Management tells me there are as many as 6 partitions on its disk:

While they may look straightforward to someone dealing with Dell laptops now and then they don't look so to me as I've rarely seen >2 when dealing with all my ThinkPads (one for OS recovery and one main one): only the 464GB OS one raises no questions. Could anyone please explain what exactly each of the other 5 is for and what exactly happens if I delete it and ideally use it to expand the OS one? Not that I'm lacking space - just don't want to have anything residual left on the disk unless I may benefit from it one day.
Many thanks in anticipation!
