Google Toolbar blocking attachments in Gmail

Does anyone here know why is my Google Toolbar (actually the pop-up blocker) blocking my attachments in Gmail? The problem appeared the other day out of nowhere. What should I do to fix this?

Not trying to be a wise guy, but I would remove it, unless you can google a fix for your google toolbar. I'd try another.
