Need some help trying to upload a ISO image for a forum memb

I am trying to help out coolice, he needs a ISO image of an R&R cd which I have made. When I log into the site he gave me with his user and pswd nothing happens, the site is called bookmark.hu. I am not sure what country he is in. Can anyone give me a site to store this image for him to access fairly easily. I have tried to email him but I think it is mid morning there now. Thank you.
