Someone in another forum posted that he found version 8.0 with a free upgrade to 9.0 inside the box on sale at Fry's Electronics in Atlanta for $25.00. He said the sale runs through 11/29/05.

It doesn't mention the upgrade inside the box but the price is the same and I'd guess it's the same shrink-wrap package.
