Master Recovery Pack 1/4/12/15 ???

I need help figuring out what this disk goes to.

I have a "Master Recovery" disk, but I am not sure what it goes with.

The disk reads:

Master Recovery
Pack 1/4/12/15

Recovery System
Modem Drivers
Sound Drivers
Video Drivers

I put the disk in my T21, but it didn't do anything other than open up the folders. It has the following folders:
CAC
CPQ166
DURACOM
IBM233
IBM333
IE5
IE6
LEGACY

And the following files:
AOL6 (application)
bootcat (bin file)
bootimg (bin file)
dx80eng (application)
junoinst (application)

I can't remember if this was an actual recovery CD, or if it was something that just came with a 600E or something I may have purchased off of eBay.

Does it sound familiar to anyone?

Well, I have determined that it is a Win98 Recovery disk, for something.

I just rebooted my T21 (for other reasons), while the CD was still in, and it came up to the recovery screen....but no information as to which system it is for.

I might retry it with a blank hard drive....don't want to mess up this one.
