HELP needed: how to file complaint againest lenovo

Hi, I need advice from experts here.

I purchased an extended warranty from Lenovo (sales rep, xxxxx xxxxxx). Due to various reasons, I decided to return the warranty but Lenovo is giving me a headache now. Anybody know how to file a complaint againest lenovo?

Caution: I suggest members not to buy warranty from Lenovo, or at least not to buy from xxxxx xxxxxx.

Detailed story:

I placed an order June 13. But then I was told that there will be a delay on this order (I cannot believe that warranty service is out of stock). Due to the fact that I was moving and suspect about this order, I decided to cancel my order. But xxxxx said I cannot cancel but I can return with a month.

Anyway, despite a delay notice, I got my order June 23. I quickly called Jason to return my order June 27. But my call was just ignored and nothing happened.

I sent an email to xxxxxx thinking that if he sends me an email, I can use the email as evidence that I wanted to return. Yes, I got the email with RMA number Jul 6. I was promised that I should be able to receive my credit back within 2 or 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called why I didnot received any credit, xxxxx said I shoud be able to receive my credit back by today. Again, no explaination.

I still didnot receive anything today.


Anybody got similar experience? How to file a complaint againest them?

Just call your credit card company, explain the steps you've taken and cancel the charge.

For now, I have removed the rep's name from the OP. I don't want anyone from Lenovo attacking Bill Morrow, for a problem that one person might have had with an individual Lenovo Rep.

EDIT: James replied while I was posting. I agree with James.
