hey all,
My first laptop was a thinkpad, when I was in highschool and it was a pretty old one then, but I loved it. Then just recently whenI was looking for another laptop, I got a thinkpad again. And I cant see using any other laptop.
Why do you think thinkpads create such instant customer loyalty? is it just a quality product or something else?

I think brand loyalty is a funny thing, I know I'm definitely one for it.
It's that familiarity with the product, it's about not having to go into things blindfolded and trusting the company.
I think this still harks back to IBM being a big name, a big company that sells to big business that demands quality, that must deliver.
