What is lenovo's quality of customer service. This includes anyting from contacting lenovo by email, fax or phone. 10 being the best and 1 being the worst.

This poll is simply used to determine the quality of lenovo service in relation to customer expectations.
Here is the place to complain/praise lenovo. Mention their strenghts and weaknesses as well as why you have given them particular grade.

Lenovo service in Switzerland its just plain amazing!

although the original warranty wasnt theirs (romanian) they've changed the lcd (bright spots- from factory, only that the guys in ro told me to take a walk) with no questions, and when the hdd was clicking (that common problem of X40-41) i called them around 4 pm and second day at 7.30 the "ups" guy was at my door!

THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE

after having huge problems with toshiba's service i was astonished by lenovo's!

now i;m relaxed with another 3 years warranty, bought from Lenovo Swiss...they've earn it!
X40 (2386H6G) 1.4Ghz 1.5Gb 40Gb
