Internet Service Provider for IBM/LENOVO T23

Hi Guy's,

I have a Lenovo/IBM T23 Thinkpad. I'm looking for a good ISP, inexpensive, with great telephone support. I need to be able to connect to a standard telephone jack. Can I go DSL with a DSL modem? Does the phone jack need to be wired for DSL?
