IBM T220/T221 LCD monitors

I recently learned about the IBM T220 and T221 LCD monitors which have 22.2" screens with 3840 x 2400 (WQUXGA) resolution! Has anyone seen these insane monitors in action?
Microsoft Surface 3 (Atom x7-Z8700 / 4GB / 128GB / LTE)
Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF (Core i3-3220 / 8GB / 8TB); HP 8300 Elite minitower (Core i7-3770 / 16GB / 9.25TB)

I've seen them in hospitals and in MRI/Radiology labs, and one of my client shipyards has several in their CAD/CAM suite.

Exquisite, but so are the prices!
