msxml4 files ?

msxml4 files ?

Hi, two new directories have appeared on my disk, not very informatively they are named:
3ecd17c91bc8750403a4c4e6f704d0
and
48b7e783de2cabe43a

and contain files
msxml4-KB927978-enu
and
msxml4-KB927978-enu

what are they ? can I delete them ?

I would say so. It is caused by latest Windows Update.
