Whose fault do you think this is? The person who do not want to encrypt his/her wireless network is just tempting others to tap on his/her network.
Any comments?

Well, i believed that this is done by the authorities to make sure that all those who piggybacked on other's wireless will get a scare and will not re-commit the same offence again.Kyocera wrote:I do this all the time, not maliciously just to check email and stuff. If someone wants to keep me or others off their wireless connection they need to enable ssid or some type of encryption.
Since it is a law over there and he knew about it then he'll have to suffer the consequences, but it is hard to believe he'd be so forthcoming to tell someone he was surfing using someone elses connetion as opposed to maybe just playing a game or some other lame excuse.
