Trouble calling IBM support

Anyone has had trouble contacting suppor over the phone recently? I have been dialling 1-800-426-7378 and going through the menu, only to have my line get disconnected every single time for the last two days. I am fed up right now.

Any other numbers to call? I need to contact a tech about the heat issue in my X31 (have onsite warrantt)
