Take away the beard from Billy Mays and he's about as recognizable as Tom Selleck without his mustache!

That's not a beard, that's simply unshaven!

Works for you though.

Gotta' see if I can find a scanned pic of me back in the day when I was still sailing and often didn't shave for six months or more.

What a fun goofy thread. I know I'm in the minority since I'm a girl, but I love listening to a man talk about computers 8) Truly, I have learned so much.

I'll stop over next time I'm in town and we can sit in Station Square sipping wine and watch the incline inch up the hill while I read you a Thinkpad HMM.

But, what's up with that hairdo? I've never seen anything so elaborate since Marie Antoinette had a live canary on a perch inside hers!

LOL, you like my lovely new hat then?? I think a woman is so alluring wearing some interesting headware.

So you are familiar with my lovely city? The invitation sounds so inviting, because in my book the geek always wins - but DH would probably poo-poo the deal

For some folks they work very well...., like the Queen.

I will admit to being old enough to remember my Mom and sisters going to Saks in NYC at Easter time and having hats made for them on the spot. Your new chapeau reminds me of some of the assemblages they brought home!

Haha, yes now that he has passed my stringent instructional rigors these past months on how to handle a Thinkpad, he would do well. He's not quite the geek that you are, but I would never trade him

My g/f is an Asus owner, so I doubt I'd be able to enlist her. As for me and my likeness, I thought I'd give a link to my Webshots photo page, which is yet to have laptop pics on it, but I shall add them soon. there are a few pics of me scattered in amongst the albums. :)

Man I miss Sydney! Since this thread is for posting my mug, here's something that (if you have the time) you can find me in:

http://www.rkawakami.net/oz2002/

It's still incomplete (4.5 years running :( ) but eventually I will finish it. The reason why it stopped at Day 7 is because of an unfortunate incident at Currumbin Wildlife Park, just outside of Brisbane. Our rental car was broken into while we were visiting with the animals.

And yes, I know that the local time in Sydney at my site is not correct for now. It was coded when we were in DST.
