I would if I knew any, I am proud to say I am the only woman that I know that owns a vintage Thinkpad. Most people don't understand why I bother to nurse and coddle such an antique or why I love to hang out with the boys in this ThinkTank. I have to be sexist here and say that loving a laptop is not a common female trait.

Sad to report I remember the 60's, I was a teen during that time, wore bell bottoms that my mother sewed big floral inserts into to make the bells bigger and lots of patchouli oil. Now don't laugh, you'll be old someday too.

Well Ray, I was forced to attend a strict all girls high school, taught by Catholic nuns! Needless to say, we were kept on the straight and narrow, and I now own most of my original brain cells. Maybe for you , not so much?

LOL, we have the original guitarist and founder of the Grateful Dead, Bob Weir and Ratdog, coming to Pgh. in March. The show sold several hundred tickets in the first hour out the door, I'm guessing a large percentage are going to be "vintage" people.

Catholic grammar school.

Catholic high school.

Catholic (all girls) college.

Grad school and med school were eye opening experiences for her.

I don't know what flaw in her character made her find something attractive in crusty old sailors, but I thank the powers-that-be for it.

Oh yeah Ron, Sister Perpetual Pain made many attempts to curb my juvenile enthusiasm with her steel edged 12" ruler.

I will grant that when I did pay attention I received an excellent Jesuit based education.

This is true James. And even though there are only a few sisters and nuns left, my wife and I still send both our children to catholic school. We believe it's a better education even though the wooden, steel or whatever material rulers and pointers have been put aside. Amen.............

Nice workstation, some day Ill have somthing like that for my computers. I did for my dirtbikes, however. Every guys needs a section of the house for his toys. Or the whole house.

Seriously though. I am second in command for the EMS system in my county, the title is Senior Deputy EMS Coordinator. I work full time outside that as a 911 dispatcher.

As far as the workbench... it's a work in progress. My gear lives in the basement and eventually (where the canvas hangs) there will be walls and proper flooring etc.. Both pics aren't completely up to date either. The workbench config has changed a bit adding an enclosed 19 inch cabinet that I built, and the car has an imprint of a deer on the driver's side (Goes in for repair next week).
