Trouble accessing music.msn.com

A colleague at work and I are both having the same problem accessing http://music.msn.com - when running IE, it redirects us to http://music.msn.com/error.aspx?aspxerr ... fault.aspx where you get a server error "We're sorry, but MSN Entertainment is experiencing technical difficulties: An Unknown Error Occurred".

Firefox accesses msn music fine, and other user accounts on my same machine access it OK too. MSN support has been useless and says they have no-one else reporting this problem. I need to access MSN music to manage my DRM'd music files!

Sorry if this is OT, but would you mind trying http://music.msn.com and answering this poll so I will have some idea how widespread this problem is? Thanks!

No issues with Opera 9.

Thanks for the replies; today I fixed the server error accessing MSN music by going to Tools...Internet...Advanced in Internet Explorer and doing a Reset Internet Explorer Settings. I had to re-enable my browser helpers afterwards but all is well and I can access the MSN music site now.
