What's the difference between free personal use, commercial use and business use?

I have never distinguished between commercial use and business use as I see them as the same thing.

Personal use is use on a computer not used in any way in a business or in a company. It is just a home computer.

So, for example, Cache Sentry has a free product for home owners, and a paid product for business users which happens also to be a better product (IMO).
