This is a great site with alot of info on thinkpads on here.
I'll be happy to Donate the $5.00 to this site.
Doing it now......

Now lets see someone else put in $5.00....:-)
Well the Donate is done, sent off. Got the thank you from Bill.
All is good.
But this leads me to a question......How many people here have or will donate something to this site??

You know....for the longest time, I thought that the "[Donor]" in your signature referred to one of your systems being "Donated" to you....

Only one of the T23s was actually received by me as a "gift". All others have been bought off of eBay except for the first 600E (or was there another one???).

Purcy asked me about the [DONOR] tag in my .sig a few months ago. I told her what it meant and she did the same.

hehe, maybe I should change my name to 'Gatorate' ... the gatorade addiction started last summer, when the water supply in my apartment complex started smelling of chlorine ... they repaired it after 2-3 weeks, but I was hooked by then. I joined the forums sometime later (I think). So the gatorade might have played a part in my choice of nickname, now that I think about it :D

Getting slightly (more) OT for a few seconds...

I like putting my bottles of Orange or Fruit Punch Gatorade inside the freezer for a couple of hours and then thaw them out until they get to the consistancy of a Slurpee®. Instant brain freeze!

(We now return control of this thread back to the matter of what to do with some excess money in ones PayPal account...)

It's been since last September that I kicked in some $$$ to the site. As I have a positive balance in my PayPal account at the moment... Bill, here comes some electronic coins!

I just discovered $19.06 in my PayPal account.
After all the good suggestions here, it is now winging it's way to the keeper of parrots.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)

Wonderful! Let's all celebrate Cinqo de Mayo tomorrow and search for excess donatable monies, coins in the couch, in your pockets, in your paypal accounts, etc and press that Donate button. Heck, I listen to about 3 great readio stations across the country on the internet and they are all NPR stations so no sponsors. They all have fund drives twice a year, and I donate small amounts to them all. They give me the joy.......... I have to give something back. So I am spearheading a Thinkpad Fund Drive starting tomorrow :D
