I got my Master's degree! *PIC* (9Kb)

#1 Post by gator » Thu May 03, 2007 6:19 pm

I got my Master's degree today! Hooooray?

Surprisingly, I don't feel anything, not even a slight elation. I guess that that will come when I get my PhD - just a few more years to go now!

gator heartly congrats.

With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."

Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.

Hey, congrats!

I can totally understand you. Me getting my Master's a little while ago didn't feel like something extra special too. Maybe because it was stretched over a period of time - submission of thesis, defense, submission of final version. I didn't get my diploma yet - the ceremony is only at the end of June. Maybe after that it'll feel more significant.

I agree on the WD-40. That, and the smell of two-stroke oil being burned.

The absolute necessary step to success in anything is belief in yourself. Pete, you own a Thinkpad, you really cannot be anything but inteligent. Push through the classes this summer, you'll be surprised what you can achieve.
