My fun training seminar
My fun training seminar
not really, but today I had to spend the day in a training seminar for work on our new computer applications; had to drive about an hour to another city, but boy was I happy when I walked in and found TWELVE Thinkpad T42's all lined up for us to work on. I forget about their corporate America heritage

I would love to get thinkpad surprises like those.
Fun stuff.

i dont know about Dow global but here at their HQ they use a crazy silly amount of TP's. My boss for instance simply uses her brand new T60 for emailing updates to them from a remote building once in awhile!! Thats all its used for, sending an email once and awhile, plus an unopened mini-dock. They get new ones probably once a year or so and I looked into buying out some "old" T42's but they are on business lease. We also have IBM in our building as well. Whenever i walk down there i almost faint at all the laptops laying around for repair and what not. Its like a Toys R Us for TP's.
