Looking for a subnotebook enthusiast's site

#1 Post by The Spirit of X21 » Wed Jun 06, 2007 11:53 am

Does anyone know any websites that cater to fans of ultraportables and subnotebooks?

Dynamism is an interesting site, but I was looking for something more like a forum so that I could investigate the history of different subnotebooks across various brands. Any leads that lean in that direction?

I'm glad to hear that. And the T60 I got from you is the most solid Thinkpad I've ever owned. But after getting a QXGA-IPS R50p, there is no reason (and not enough desktop room) to keep it, so I am selling it to a forum member in Oregon.

I see. I haven't explored any other computer forum because I'm busy enough here. Does the forum on notebookreview.com have anything?

Yes, it is the most solid machine I have ever used. A bit more sturdy than the X60s. I dropped my X60s last week, about a 3.5 foot drop onto carpet by accident, active HDD protection WORKS!! Fantastic!
