"It just creeps you out to have one on you"............... I really found the Yahoo video on the page with this first weblink you gave pretty interesting. I find cicadas amazing and gross at the same time. Sorry for the OT Ray.

So in 50 years or so when I ... (Ray whips out the calculator... uh, carry the 1... hmm...), when my heirs come to your house to dig up the Thinkpads, will they have to answer some sort of trivia question?

I was watching this piece of history unravel live on MSNBC last week. I was pretty much glued to the screen until I heard "They're not pulling the cover off of it for another few hours..." Then I said no way!!
