The screen is too small for my taste too but the notebook does not look any bad at all, considering the price and things it can do through those features. I think it could be suitable for people who are always on the go and do not mind looking at such a small lcd.
About UMPCs, the new generation tends to like small and shiny toys, nobody knows for certain what the future holds for these things, but IMHO they will take off.
