I seriousness, judging from the strides we've made in the last ten years, I'm expecting a computer that resembles today's laptops but will have features that we can't even imagine nowadays but in the future we'll find indispensable. Every few years, we get something that we could call revolutionary but as far as the form of the computer itself goes, systems today are similar to those of the 90s while significantly different from systems of the 80s. I'm expecting we'll see the trend extended next decade.

I'm not expecting laptops to really change as much as I am expecting them to be replaced. With the integration of computers in so many facets of our lives, it might one day be pointless to carry a laptop.
