Except Verizon will be fixing it in February 2008, shutting down the AMPS network.

I'll stick with my 2006 Sanyo SCP-8300, though. $7.50/mo instead of $15/mo for internet service on it, because it doesn't support EvDO. :D

Good point! But some of our seasoned members here who own over 40 laptops with buit-in wireless ( :roll: ) tend to use their cell phone, just for talking on the phone. :lol:
