Nothing!
ThinkPlus is a trademark of Lenovo and is not limited to warranty/maintenance services. Thinkplus EasyServ is the name for IBM repair/warranty services.
ThinkPlus warranty/maintenance service covers Thinkpads/ThinkCentre machines and Thinkvision monitors, it may also cover other third party offerings which lenovo sells.
Lenovo Care warranty and maintenance is for Lenovo 3000 products.
Thinkplus Protection services is a different offering than warranty which you've to pay extra for.

With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."

Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.
