Brand new eBay seller offering repairs

I would not normally point out a new (0 feedback, registered last week) seller on eBay, but with their recent massive listing (328 items at the moment) and proximity to me (Santa Clara), it might be worth checking out:

T21 motherboard repair (all items for sale from this seller have been removed as of 10/1)

One wonders if they can solve/have solved the BoD issue?

They claim they fix a bad GPU. I wonder how that is possible?

If they have the right equipment (SMT re-work station), experience and a replacement part, it's quite possible to fix something like that. The re-work station we have at work can't handle a part as big as a GPU otherwise I'd give it a try myself.

Hmm... it seems that all 300-some-odd listings by that seller have been pulled. eBay must not have liked some of the references to their web site. In any event, if anyone is interested in them I believe that I can retrieve their contact information and will pass it along via PM.
