Have you used UPS to ship to international Destination?

Usually we don't use UPS because it's expensive. USPS is cheaper but long delivery time, and buyer need to go to custom office to get the item (have to pay taxes).

I've just found very interesting way to ship items by UPS only pay 45$ , and items will be arrived directly in 2 days.

Last month I bought an used laptop from a seller. He packed the item in a package (14 x 13 x 4) 2,3kg using UPS Worldwide Express, and packaging as UPS letter. he only paid 45$, and I got it in 2 days. UPS came to my room and gave it to me

I've just checked ups website, and learned that if you declare your package as UPS letter and even it is 5kg, the shipping cost are the same 45$. However, If you declare it as "My packaging" or anything else, you have to pay more than 120$
