and what does this have to do with the original poster's issues with on-site service?

if you want to complain or raise question about the corporate minutia at lenovo then you should consider starting a new thread in the general or off-topic forum.

Just pointing out that Lenovo appears to be blowing everyone off... Customers, courts, etc. I'm still waiting until I can say more about what is going on with it though....
