Why are there so many Off Topic threads in the T forum?

I just went in there and a lot of what I see has nothing to do with the T series. I see Windows XP, Itanium, and even an X series post. Grr.
Homebuilt PC: AMD Athlon XP (Barton) @ 1.47 GHz; nForce2 Ultra; 1GB RAM; 80GB HDD @ 7200RPM; ATI Radeon 9600; Integrated everything else!

Because the T-Forum is where all the cool people hang out. Duh! :D No, but seriously, there are lots of ppl who only frequent that forum and if you wanted to ask, say, a computer architecture question, I would never notice it in the off topic forum. But that is an area I am focusing a lot on in my masters thesis. So, asking me things about it would be a good thing, like the whole Itanium question. Though that was a total whiffle ball to answer.
