You still have not explained HOW or WHY they have violated. Anyone can sit here and point a finger and say "____ is blocking my rights!" You have no 'case' until you can prove your accusation.

And I believe a moderator may have deleted my previous post with no explanation (?). In short, it said taking on a giant like MSN/Microsoft is simply a bad idea. This is my opinion.

Unless educated further, I don't feel I have grounds for a lawsuit.

Who honestly CARES? If you're thinking about a lawsuit for the $$$, you're wrongly mistaken. The type of class-action lawsuits against Microsoft require some mighty dough and lots of support...even if you do win, 99% of the monetary damages you seek will be soaked up by the lawyers. I don't know about 1stallwayaj, but a $5 bill doesn't get me all too excited.

Well sure. While walking up to my polling place, I was buzzed by a butterfly. I cannot say for sure it was *NOT* the MSN butterfly, but surely a butterfly flew at or near me while I walked to my polling place. I think the butterfly was attempting to stop me from voting. Call the attorneys.

Actually, it's impossible for a private company to violate your first amendment rights, property rights, etc. The rights you speak of are protected by the constitution against GOVERNMENT infringement. Dealings with private companies are a matter of contract and civil law, not constitutional law.

T o begin with, MSN accused me of Spamming! To sum things up.... I believe the only thing MSN can cut me on, if they are not violating my 1st Amndmnt Rights, is the 'Send 'button. The stuff coming in, and my address book, and my storage is my personal property!!!!

I am still paying out of my bank account, $21.00 a monthy for their service!!!

To top it off.... they went over to webtv and removed my political website!!!

I get a two for one deal for webtv and regular msn....

If it cant be argued on a constitutional basis.... it m,ay be criminal...

However that stuff about only government can violate your 'Con Rights'. is purely arbitrary.....

I forgot.... NBC pulled this on me about 3 years ago, when I had a bunch of stuff stored on their site.

My chief suspect was Pete Jennings!!!

It wasnt for spamming or anything plausible....

I'd bet you did not read the entire contents of your agreement terms when you signed on to WebTV and MSN. I am sure both have clauses that allow them more or less at their discretion to drop you for nearly anything someone finds objectionable and calls them on it.

You may have a tiny fraud case about them still billing you if you are not allowed to use the service, yet still pay for it. Otherwise, go with a smaller private hosting company, park a domain name, and blog away.

Hi Bob: Thanks for your interest, but I believe I have major grounds.

I suspect the MSN contract is a 'StrongArm' contract. For one thing it it gives an impression of Qiult till Inncence is Proven!!! There is no benifit of a doubt there....

Your original post didn't really get the response you expected - you seem to be just about the only person commenting here - it might be a good idea to go away and think about what you're posting BEFORE you post it in future.

But Ian... you reacted....

I.m suspicious tho..... everybody likes money...

Is MSN employing you??? That judge that got Thomas Penfield Jackson, off 'Government Gates' back is also suspected of being an employee of Mr. Arrogance!!!

I suspect Gates to indulge in all that charitable activity to cover his love of arrogance......

I gotta give him a break tho.... I also love to indulge. I love to indulge in my defiance....

My 'Role Model' was William Tell.... aka 'Brave Tell' of Berglin!!!!

Thanks for your interest!!!

You're are, of course, right - I reacted.

I can't actually say I understood anything else in your last post - I'm probably too old, or related to "The Man of the Year" (what exactly does the W stand for?)

No ian, you are not the only one unable to decipher aja's messages.

AJA I challenge you, in a friendly way, to state your case in clear and concise sentences. Or you could try typing it out in a list. A simple explanation of why you should sue MSN would be great.

Examples:
"I should sue MSN because they closed my account even though I paid on time. They also limited my browsing ability during leading up to this time."

Or...

"I should sue MSN because:
* they took my monthly fee and refused to reimberse me after I cancelled my account
* they limited my browsing
* they over charged me
* etc."

Otherwise, I would beg the admins to close this nonsense thread.

Good Golly.... it is apalling to be confronted by so many employees of 'Government Gates'.... or are we just overloaded by those who merely ingratiate themselves to that aforementioned...

Now there's some sound and healthy logic. Anyone who disagrees with you or asks you to explain yourself a bit more clearly is automatically a minion of the "Evil Empire"!

If you can't succintly explain your case here in a friendly Forum, how can you possibly hope to prevail before a Judge or jury?

Hi People:

Re: My email and address book. Just thought I would let everybody know that I did get my address book back and my email priveleges.... but what I am really [censored] off over is my storage. There was a lot of technical info in there as well as my prosaic letter writing.... the lawsuit rights are still for sale
to any competant law firm that is heavy on the Bill of Rights.

This is a joke right? If not, more power to you buddy, but keep us posted on your failures...uh...I mean, "progress". You're bound to win a class-action suit against MS in a court of law with arguments like this:
I suspect Gates to indulge in all that charitable activity to cover his love of arrogance......

I gotta give him a break tho.... I also love to indulge. I love to indulge in my defiance....
Please, continue with your masterful logic!
