Well, better grammar and spelling than usual, and then it completely falls apart with
This process is our mandatory, and if not completed within the nearest time your account or credit card may be subject for temporary suspension.
A remarkable sentence!

Well, if you consider that it doesn't really cost any money to send this out to 1,000,000 people and that if only 0.01% of them are fooled into clicking on that link (and if the phising site is still active), submitting their PayPal ID and password, then that means 100 accounts would have been compromised.

BTW, the phony site is being hosted on a RoadRunner account in or near Austin, TX and PayPal has already been given a copy of the email.

LOL........ one of the better ones I've seen! You might, just might, use your account on that day, it's been deemed "mandatory". You'll have to of course; ".....cmd=login-run" ......LOL!!!!! What a beauty! I can't quit laughing......!!!!

Once again, any PayPal emails that do NOT address you as "Dear John Doe" (substitute your own first/last name), are fakes!
They will NEVER address you as "Dear PayPal Customer" or "Dear PayPal Client" or "Dear PayPal Member" or any other variety of that.

In your example, another dead giveaway would be the blue circled 29 February 2008.

One can only hope that these scammers remain as stupid as they are!
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
