e-Coupons Cash Back?

I recently bought a T61p through the e-coupons site and did get my extra 10% off using the coupon code. I also registered and bought it through the e-Coupons site link to get the 4% cash back but have heard nothing since (it's not even in my list of bought items). I e-mailed e-Coupons a couple of times and they said they would check into it but they have stopped reponding to my e-mails now and it's been almost a month since I got the computer.

Has anybody else got "cash back" from e-Coupons or is this just a scam?

It takes 60 days, as explained here. Log into your account on this site and on the following page, you'll see the status of the cashback.

Well, yes, I understand it takes some time to actually get the money, but shouldn't the "View Purchases" and "Pending Cash" listings be immediate (neither of which have shown up after a month of waiting)?

There are a variety of reasons why your order wasn't tracked. i.e. cookie blockers.

We submit your order to Lenovo and then wait for them to credit us with your order. For some reason, this takes a very long time to research so please be patient.

Oh dear, I now see that the cash back has increased from 4% (well, maybe) when I got my T61p, to 10% now!

I hope to get your order resolved in the next week or two and I'll keep pestering Lenovo about it.

Lenovo gives us offers like 10% versus 4% every now and then. It only happens every once it awhile so check the site often.

Got my cashback finally. Purchased end of febr., waited the 60 day period and chosed the cashback check. Everything went fine, just want to let you know: be patient
