Is it possible use my laptop as a USB headset 4 my cellphone

I have a MotoQ (WinMo 5) smartphone, and I was wondering if there is a program out there that would let me basically use my PC as a USB headset with my phone.

I plug my phone into the computer frequently via USB for charging and syncing, and would love to have the feature where if somebody calls me while the phone is plugged in through USB, If I could pick up that call by clicking on a pop-up or something on my desktop, and just use my PC's headset, or my laptops built in mic/speakers to take the call.

I haven't seen an application to do it via USB, but you could get a USB to 3.5 mm adapter and plug it into the line-in port on your computer. This would only function for audio output though, not for calling. You may also be able to use it as a wireless headset if you have built-in Bluetooth, but I doubt WM5 would support it. If you have have built-in BT, connect to the computer, then use the phone to discover available services on the computer. If it lists handsfree (HFP) or headset (HSP) profiles, you should be able to use it.
Cell phones are my specialty. Got questions? Ask away.
