the smashing failure of vista, opera trials in EU and now this... ms seems to be taking a lot of heat recently.

Wow :!: never thought that that could happen - MS has such a stranglehold on the market that this coul dbe a problem if they can't get it changed - especailly with back to school sales.

Patented XML format ? That's nonsense. They could say the same about HTML or other ISO standarded formats. XML is used in many software these days.
