Can anyone translate Russian into English please? *PICS*

I got a Russian icon the other day, which has text painted on the front, and some other handwritten text on the back.
The painted text is using old characters that are obsolete in modern Russian.
I would appreciate a word-for-word translation, as well as a 'fluent' translation, if at all possible.

Sorry, RBS, I have no idea what it means. My reason for posting is to suggest you email the pictures you have posted to the art museum in New York (Met?) or the National Gallery in London. They tend to have experts in this sort of stuff.

I've got the translations I was looking for, thanks to a fellow Forum member.

The Title is: The Icon of the Sky God's Mother of Pochaev

On the back it said: Presented by the Archimandrite Sevastjan, the Chief Priest of Podolsky Lavra (i.e. Russian Orthodox Monastery in Podolsk)

Not quite as elaborate as the original, but an exceptionally fine specimen of painted figures!
(only Mother & Child, and the mountain with the footprint, the rest is goldleaf.)
