LF: a hardc0re Macbook forum

I have been fixing some Macbooks lately and sometimes need some fairly deep technical advice, much like the kind I would find here on similar Thinkpad-related issues. Does anybody know such a forum? I tried Macrumors but it doesn't look like there are many people with this kind of knowledge there. Any suggestions are welcome.

My girlfriend has one that might be reaching EOL, and I'm curious about messing about with them. Powerbook though, not Macbook.

Many hard core Mac techies hang out at the apple forums. It's a good source of information if you can put up with the 'noise'.
