If I was you, I would consider checking by other AV programs as well, just to stay on the safe side...

Hi,
Did you recently install rescue and recovery from lenovo?
My NOD32 give me the exact same message every startup and I only have noticed after the installation of the newest version of R&R for Windows 7. I guess that there is any incompatibility with both softwares.

yes i did. and i was too lazy to email NOD32 too. I guess i don't have to deal with them anylonger. thanks.
