student discount question

I know forum has many threads about this subject but my question is the number of TP we can purchase using discounts.

I have a friend who is a full time graduate student in Kent State Ohio. He bought a computer for himself using Ohio Higher Education PSA/IUC pricing, the discount is very high compared to other states. My question is, Can he buy more than one computer? or is it limited to just one?

My daughter purchased a T40 in 2003 and a T42 in 2004 through the student discount, so it can be done. I don't know if more than one per year would be a problem.
