Capacitive multitouch upgrade?

Hey! I actually have a Motion Computing LE1700 slate tablet pc with SXGA LCD.
I'd like to modify it to support mulitouch.

I've seen some forum members here use The BoeHydis HV121WX4-110 screen with both wacom digitizer and four wire touchscreen on top.

Does anyone know a way I can find out specifics on the connections for this screen? Could I pop out my old LCD and put this one in it's place, having the touch / pen work with the new screen?
