Strange Problem?

Anyone ever heard of this malfunction?? Its about a Dell D620

Some times this laptop wont turn on, We just leave it on, When in wont turn on ..If you heat it up for 5 seconds with a hair dryer,It Turns right on. thats why were selling it, The laptop is in very very good shape, with a great battery, Runs on battery about an hour and a half..Windows xp installed...2.0 Core Two Dual Processor. 2 GIG Memory, Dvd Writer/player..Wifi work Perfect.. please call 734-945-5263.No Emails. :lol:

I assume it's either a bent piece of motherboard/sub-board, that is not fitted properly, or (more likely) it could be a bad/dirty power-switch!
When it cools off, it 'breaks' a connection, which does not seem to be needed for running it.
By heating it up with a hairdryer, this piece will either bend properly or straighten properly, and make the proper connection again, so it can start.

Where exactly do you direct the heat to get it going?
