#1 Post by nowstime » Wed Mar 09, 2005 9:15 pm

Hi~

My PC is not recognizing my iPod mini...I had the itunes connected before and transferred many musics before but since yesterday, i can't connect the ipod to my laptop...my laptop is not recognizing the ipod at all...

Any advice?

What I did so far...Call ipod support but after waiting for 30 minutes...I had enough...

Reinstalled the ipodupdater...affraid to reinstall the itunes...just in case it will remove all my songs...

Best wishes...

Check the Device Manager to see if there are any hardware problems.

Goto START -> CONTROL PANEL -> SYSTEM

And Click on the HARDWARE tab, and then click on the DEVICE MANAGER button.

Connect your iPod Mini to your PC and look for it in the manager. If there are any problems listed, you could just uninstall the device entirely and then reinstall it.
