Wireless connector type

#1 Post by jronald » Sun Dec 12, 2010 8:39 am

Im running the standard wireless card on the T30/X31/R50's. I want to come off of that card, and connect to a N female Yagi (cantenna).
Im thinking FEMALE MMCX to MALE N would do what I want. Is this correct?

I don't know the answer to your question off hand, but perhaps you can find what you need from the following link or site.

http://www.alternativewireless.com/cata ... q=adapters

Here is another link on the same site with a greater number of adapters & connectors.

I believe that the standard wireless cards in the systems you quote use what's called a U.FL connector. Therefore, you would need a female U.FL to male N "pigtail".
