Income Property Management Software

Are any of you ThinkPad'ers landlords? What do you use to manage your records?

I just recently aquired my first (and hopefully only, as I never really wanted this, just something to try an help the in-laws out) income property, and am looking for a way to easily manage my expenses and income from this property. I suppose I could set up an account in Quicken or something, but I would rather have something taylor made for this application. I think that would make it much easier to set-up and use.

Any suggestions?
