Looking at laptops

HP Pavilion dm4-1160us Entertainment Notebook PC (I tried to put a link in but it didn't work quite right.)
This is the laptop I am looking at getting. The only problem is lots of people seem to have problems with the keyboard. And it seems to have a lot of bloatware. Is there anything similar without those problems? I tried looking at Cnet reviews but a lot of computers haven't been reviewed yet.
