PMs Working?

I clicked "Reply" to two PMs last night but my responses are still in my Outbox.

The receiver has to open the PM's for them to leave your Outbox and go into your Sentbox.

EDIT: I don't know if email notifications are working at this time or not. If the recipient doesn't get an email notification and if they have pop-up windows blocked in their browser, they might not realize a PM is waiting for them until they happen to see 'x new messages' at the top of the forum page.
