question for the hackintosh geeks!

hello!

just wondering if this low budget is suitable for hackintosh ( 10.6.6 at least due to iphone SDK work )

Asus at3iont-I thats a 1.6ghz processor intel atom ( cant i just overlock it to 2.3ghz? ? ) , £120 ( NOT DELUXE )
4gb ram ddr3
250gb sata.

will that handle? i just want a simple hackintosh pc for personal internet use and light gaming/uphone SDK work,
or can any reccomend some components? ( motherboard that supports ddr3ram if possible as i have 4gb ddr3 ram spare )
